Role Snapshot

Lead product management efforts to enhance Macmillan Learning's digital customer experience by building intuitive, user-centered solutions with measurable impact. Drive cross-functional collaboration to translate customer insights into viable, desirable products that advance the company's education mission.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize customer feedback backlog while synthesizing input from users and internal stakeholders to inform product strategy. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with design, engineering, and support teams to define product features, communicate requirements, and oversee implementation and impact assessment.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management, communication, and customer experience expertise with ability to influence without authority. Technical proficiency in product management tools, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with preferred familiarity in AI and automation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years in product development and 2+ years in product management or business analysis. Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Location: United States
Compensation: $89K–$115K/yr
