You are a collaborative leader - you create a "safe-to-fail" environment for your team where curiosity is encouraged and every voice is heard. You are an effective prioritizer - you are comfortable saying "no" to good ideas so that the team can focus on the great ones and can communicate the rationale to teammates and stakeholders alike. You bridge the gap - you can dive deep into the technical weeds with engineers and supply chain planners and then zoom out to explain the pedagogical impact to a school leader. You are comfortable with creative workflows - having the diplomacy to know when a lesson is "good enough to ship" versus when it needs another editorial pass What we’re looking for… 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within EdTech, SaaS, consumer tech, or a similarly complex B2B2C environment. Bachelor’s degree in related field required or combination of education and direct experience. Advanced degree preferred.
