Average Salary rate is $75,129. 60 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

We are seeking a Director of Learning and Development to lead agency-wide staff development efforts and support our mission of strengthening families and communities.

In this role, you will:

Lead and supervise the Learning and Development team
Design and implement agency-wide training and development strategies
Partner with leadership to assess training needs and priorities
Oversee training programs, records, and compliance within the LMS
Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with State and regulatory training requirements

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of experience in staff development or training delivery
Experience in child welfare or working with children and families
Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning technologies
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
