Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative and routine maintenance on warehouse equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, make repairs, replace defective parts, and maintain parts inventory. Additional responsibilities include routine building maintenance, operating powered industrial vehicles (boom lifts, sweepers), and maintaining a safe working environment.

Skills & Tools: Proficiency with hand and power tools, understanding of equipment troubleshooting and mechanical repair, and ability to read work requests and safety documentation. Strong oral and written communication skills, basic math comprehension, and ability to work at heights with proper PPE are essential.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing setting is preferred, with minimal understanding of plumbing, carpentry, hydraulics, pneumatics, painting, and electrical skills. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, possess a valid driver's license, pass a drug screen, and demonstrate flexibility to work overtime.
