Role Snapshot
Ascend Learning is seeking a Test Developer to create, maintain, and edit high-stakes and certification assessments while ensuring quality control and on-time delivery in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage assessments using internal databases, coordinate Item Review meetings with content experts, perform copyediting to ensure company standards, conduct beta testing for quality assurance, and assist with IT coordination for database management and functionality testing.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong editing and copyediting skills, problem-solving capabilities, effective communication and collaboration abilities, and understanding of test development processes are essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years of editing experience; familiarity with test development processes is preferred.
Location: Leawood, Kansas
Compensation: $60K–$90K/yr
