Join Parallel as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025-2026 school year, working remotely to empower students in Kentucky with learning differences through individualized therapy and IEP collaboration.

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive SLP evaluations, deliver direct therapy, develop and implement IEP goals, communicate progress with stakeholders, and complete documentation for IEP reports.

Skills: Experience with IEPs, case management, virtual telehealth platforms, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Qualifications: ASHA Certified SLPs with at least 1 year of school experience, proven IEP management skills, and strong communication abilities are preferred.

Location: Remote, United States

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $60,000 - $85,000.

Your Impactful Role:

• Conduct comprehensive SLP evaluations and deliver high-impact direct therapy.
• Champion student progress by developing and implementing targeted IEP goals in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Build strong connections by effectively communicating progress with parents, staff, and students.
• Drive student success through active participation in team meetings and collaborative problem-solving.
• Meticulously complete essential documentation for IEP reports, goals, and diagnostics.

Who We're Looking For:

• ASHA Certified SLPs (CCC-SLP).
• At least 1 year of experience delivering IEP-directed therapy and evaluations in a school setting (post-CFY).
• Proven experience in IEP meetings, case management, and crafting comprehensive educational reports.
• Exceptional communicators, comfortable engaging children from diverse backgrounds and using virtual telehealth platforms.
• Availability during school hours
• Fluency in additional languages? That’s a fantastic plus!
