Key Responsibilities: Develop a 3-year product vision encompassing preventative maintenance, asset management, and event space scheduling while securing executive buy-in. Create ROI-driven epic proposals backed by customer research, competitive analysis, and domain expertise, and become the internal authority on K-12 facilities operations.

Skills & Tools: Mobile-first product mindset with strong financial acumen and experience in product turnarounds. Proven ability to conduct user research, simplify complex workflows, and design solutions for blue-collar field workers in challenging environments.

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience with preferred background in Field Service Management and familiarity with K-12 environments. Track record of revitalizing underperforming products using user-centric design approaches.
