Summary
Principal Project Manager role leading complex, strategic SaaS and cloud transformation programs for higher education institutions at Ellucian. Drive large-scale implementations and serve as strategic advisor to executive stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Own enterprise programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business outcomes. Lead multiple concurrent projects through all phases of implementation methodology, mentor project managers, and champion governance and quality standards.
Skills & Tools: 10+ years in SaaS or ERP program management with strong stakeholder engagement and risk management expertise. Advanced communication, strategic vision, and ability to influence diverse stakeholders across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications: Advanced project management certifications (PMP, Agile) preferred with 10+ years of program management experience. Higher education system experience is a plus.
Location: United States
Compensation: $130K–$180K/yr
