Role Snapshot
WestEd is seeking a Certified Scrum Master to enhance operational efficiency for the Data Integration Support Center by facilitating agile practices and driving improvements in AI implementation, data governance, and security assessment workflows.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) for cross-functional teams developing AI solutions and data integration platforms, while removing impediments and coaching team members on agile practices. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to elicit and refine requirements ensuring regulatory compliance for data integration and privacy-enhancing technologies.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include knowledge of data regulatory requirements (FERPA, HIPAA, CJIS), excellent analytical and communication capabilities, and proficiency with project management tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, Scrum Master Certification, and 3-5 years of relevant experience in data systems, vendor management, or grant oversight.

Compensation: $105K–$164K/yr
