The Clinical Faculty Coordinator supports Concordia University Irvine's accelerated BSN program by building and maintaining relationships with clinical partners while overseeing clinical faculty and site coordination. This role bridges the academic and clinical environments to ensure high-quality nursing education for the next generation of nurses.

Key Responsibilities: Identify, select, monitor, and evaluate clinical adjunct faculty and sites in coordination with the Director; serve as the primary contact for resolving clinical personnel issues between staff, faculty, and students. Additional duties include coordinating faculty orientation, mentoring new instructors, verifying clinical compliance, managing attendance, and potentially teaching in lab or clinical courses.
Skills & Tools: Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to work effectively across diverse educational levels and backgrounds. Must be self-directed, innovative, and capable of building strong working relationships in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred, with an unencumbered California RN license. Must have two years of combined teaching experience as a preceptor, adjunct clinical instructor, or classroom/lab instructor.

Academic Partner: Concordia University Irvine Accelerated BSN program Site Address: 10750 Fourth St. Rancho Cucamonga CA Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm Compensation: $80,000-$115,0000 annually Benefits: full benefits portfolio including tuition package What You Will Do: Work alongside the Director to identify, select, monitor, and evaluate all clinical adjunct faculty and clinical sites. Work in conjunction with course faculty to establish alignment of clinical experiences with course and program outcomes/goals. Serve as the first point-of-contact for resolution of clinical personnel issues that may arise between staff at the clinical site and clinical faculty and students. Coordinate orientation and training for clinical faculty regarding their clinical site and related nursing coursework. Act as a mentor to assist new adjunct faculty in clinical related teaching activities. Verify student and faculty clinical compliance. Monitor clinical attendance and manage clinical makeups. May have teaching responsibilities in lab or clinical course.
