Role Snapshot
SweetRush is hiring 8-12 experienced freelance training facilitators to deliver 90-minute AI training sessions to small businesses across 25 pilot markets nationwide, launching Q1 2026 as part of a scaling AI adoption initiative.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct 2-4 AI training sessions annually in assigned geographic hubs, adapting content to diverse business owners with varying technical expertise and facilitating hands-on learning experiences. Mentor local staff, gather feedback, and coordinate with local implementation partners to ensure smooth session delivery, with regular travel within assigned regions.
Skills & Tools: Proven facilitation and strong communication skills with active listening and interpersonal abilities; familiarity with AI tools and the ability to adapt presentation style to diverse audiences required.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a facilitator or trainer with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; experience with AI and related subjects preferred.
Location: Colorado
Compensation: $80–$150/hr
