Role Snapshot
Enrollment Representative at Coursera facilitates recruitment of prospective students for online degree programs through consultative services across multiple communication channels. This role directly impacts the growth and success of degree programs hosted on the Coursera platform.
Key Responsibilities: Engage prospective students through phone, email, chat, and other tools to guide them through the enrollment process and move them toward degree program enrollment. Maintain high professionalism, implement call roadmap and outreach strategy, follow up with prospects and applicants, and ensure smooth navigation of the enrollment funnel.
Skills & Tools: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with strong customer service orientation and ability to manage high-volume prospective student interactions. Preferred skills include Salesforce experience and knowledge of US higher education market trends.
Qualifications: Prior experience in higher education or nonprofit organizations and student recruitment experience preferred. Knowledge of the US higher education market and Salesforce proficiency are advantageous.

Compensation: $61K–$77K/yr
