Role Snapshot

Lead the development and improvement of Early Learning reading and math assessment products at NWEA, a division of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Ensure high-quality, equitable assessment solutions that drive student outcomes and support educators.

Skills & Tools: Proficiency in item and test development standards, familiarity with research design and psychometric concepts, expertise in the Science of Reading, and strong collaboration and leadership abilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required; Master's or PhD preferred. Minimum 5 years combined teaching experience and test development specialist experience focusing on Early Learning (K-3), with Dual Language program experience preferred.
Location: United States
Compensation: $95K–$112K/yr
