Role Snapshot

The Director of Lifecycle Marketing will lead email and SMS marketing strategies for Ascend Learning/NASM, driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value while building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities: Develop integrated lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns, lead all email and SMS marketing efforts, build analytics frameworks and automated dashboards for performance measurement, and implement user personalization strategies using behavioral triggers and predictive models.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in HubSpot and enterprise CRM platforms, advanced analytics and reporting capabilities, expertise in marketing automation best practices, user personalization, and strong strategic thinking with exceptional leadership abilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, proven track record in analytics and reporting, and demonstrated strong leadership skills.
Location: Illinois
Compensation: $120K–$180K/yr
