Responsibilities:
- Utilize instructional design and adult learning principles to support the conception, design, and development of learning assets and experiential learning
- Support and work with team members on the development of learning paths, translating business content into learner-centered experiences
- Support the curation and review of learning assets to meet defined learning outcomes
- Review learning experiences against outlined training objectives, company brand standards, and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements
- Evaluate learning solutions to ensure they are blended, relevant, support diverse learning styles, and are designed for long-term retention
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum one year of recent Learning & Development experience preferred; preferably in instructional design or learning development from a professional services firm
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in adult education, learning science, or related discipline inclusive of instructional design
- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and AI tools for learning design and development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of taking initiative and working independently
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%, as needed
