KPMG is currently seeking an Associate-Instructional Design to join our Tax L&D Team.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize instructional design and adult learning principles to support the conception, design, and development of learning assets and experiential learning
• Support and work with team members on the development of learning paths, translating business content into learner-centered experiences
• Support the curation and review of learning assets to meet defined learning outcomes
• Review learning experiences against outlined training objectives, company brand standards, and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements
• Evaluate learning solutions to ensure they are blended, relevant, support diverse learning styles, and are designed for long-term retention 
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of recent Learning & Development experience preferred; preferably in instructional design or learning development from a professional services firm
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in adult education, learning science, or related discipline inclusive of instructional design 
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and AI tools for learning design and development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of taking initiative and working independently
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%, as needed
