Role Snapshot

Carnegie Learning seeks a part-time Professional Learning Specialist in Mathematics to facilitate professional development workshops and coaching for K-12 educators, promoting effective implementation of their mathematics resources. This role serves as a product ambassador, enhancing teacher effectiveness across supported schools and districts.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging professional learning workshops, job-embedded coaching, and custom curriculum support for K-12 mathematics educators. Support sales initiatives, develop educational content correlations, and assist with conference presentations and pilot program opportunities.
Skills & Tools: Bachelor's degree in Education with 3+ years of mathematics teaching experience, strong communication and facilitation abilities, and knowledge of Carnegie Learning products. Preferred experience includes teacher mentoring/coaching and familiarity with school/district infrastructure.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education required with minimum 3+ years of mathematics teaching experience as a current or former teacher, instructional coach, or leader. Preferred qualifications include mentoring or coaching experience and knowledge of school/district operations.
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Compensation: $35–$70/hr
