Role Snapshot

Marketing Manager leading paid media campaigns and event strategy at Carnegie Learning to enhance brand presence and drive business results. This role bridges digital and in-person marketing experiences, requiring strategic thinking and precise execution across both disciplines.

Key Responsibilities: Manage paid media agency campaigns across SEM, display, and paid social channels while overseeing the planning and execution of 3-5 company events and 3-5 major tradeshows annually. Coordinate budgets, track performance metrics, manage vendor logistics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and campaign optimization.
Skills & Tools: 3-5 years of marketing experience with expertise in paid media management and event logistics, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and proficiency with digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with demonstrated experience managing digital campaigns and event logistics. Rising marketing professional with hands-on capability to execute across both paid media and events.
Location: Pennsylvania
Compensation: $70K–$80K/yr
