Role Snapshot
Administrative Assistant role focused on supporting billing, accounts payable, and payroll operations at Tutor Me Education, playing a key role in the efficient operation of the firm.
Key Responsibilities: Managing invoices, supporting billing and payroll operations, processing complex bills with multiple discounts, creating and verifying accuracy of invoices, and assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Researching inquiries, reviewing rejected invoices, processing write-offs, and supporting year-end closing activities.
Skills & Tools: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of bookkeeping procedures (posting, balancing, debits/credits), and understanding of basic accounting principles with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications: College degree with relevant internship or work experience preferred. Strong analytical abilities, ability to function well in a high-paced environment with shifting priorities, and capacity to maintain confidentiality with good judgment.

Compensation: $45Kβ$65K/yr
