Coordinate w/ product management, software engineers, & user experience teams on functional requirements & project & testing objectives; leverage latest developments in automation frameworks for web (PHP, React) and mobile app (Cordova, React Native) testing; research best tools to fit current & expected future processes; organize & document regression & manual testing; plan & manage testing efforts for sprint cycles through status updates & evidence/defect logging in JIRA; lead & manage onsite & offshore quality resources by delegating user stories, gathering work status, & removing impediments using appropriate escalation paths; & reporting on KPIs, incl. defects found during development/after release, defects deferred to future release, customer support requests, & percentage of automated test coverage.
