Role Snapshot

The Training Manager will provide high-quality training and support to part-time coaches across school sites in Twin Rivers Unified School District, focusing on ongoing development, program implementation, and ensuring training fidelity across the region.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to coaches, conduct observations and evaluations, and collaborate with management to address regional training needs. Monitor training fidelity, use evaluation data to adjust strategies, and support program compliance with Elevo standards and multi-tiered systems of support.
Skills & Tools: Effective communication, organizational skills, and passion for mentorship and social-emotional learning. Strong ability to conduct evaluations, model best practices, and identify training gaps.
Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required; preferred qualifications include a degree in education or related field with experience in training design. Experience with TK-6th grade enrichment programs and familiarity with behavior management and trauma-informed care preferred.
Location: Sacramento, California
Compensation: $60K–$70K/yr
