Role Snapshot
Business Systems Analyst role focused on Salesforce administration and optimization of go-to-market systems. Position partners with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable system solutions and improve operational efficiency.
Skills & Tools: Hands-on Salesforce administration including configuration, reporting, and automation using declarative tools like Flows and validation rules. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications: 2β4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or similar role with hands-on Salesforce experience and CPQ platform administration. Preferred: current or in-progress Salesforce Administrator certification, experience with GTM tools (Outreach, Gainsight, HubSpot), SaaS environment background, and exposure to BI tools or SQL.
