Role Snapshot

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a School Psychologist to conduct psychoeducational assessments, provide counseling, and support special education services across Contra Costa County in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychoeducational assessments and prepare legally defensible reports to certify student eligibility for special education, participate in IEP meetings, provide counseling services, and offer consultative support to administrators, parents, and school staff on special education procedures and student mental health.
Skills & Tools: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong writing and speaking abilities, and capability to work collaboratively as a supportive team member.
Qualifications: California PPS Credential, fingerprint background clearance, and tuberculosis clearance are required.
Location: Martinez, California
Compensation: $88K–$120K/yr
