Role Snapshot
Registered Behavior Technician role supporting children's behavioral development in school-based settings in Vallejo, CA using ABA techniques. Position focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans and helping students acquire new skills while managing challenging behaviors.
Skills & Tools: Minimum 6 months of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience required; preferred candidates have RBT Certification and proficiency in bilingual Spanish communication. Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required for transportation to school locations.
Qualifications: Associate's Degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field; RBT Certification preferred but not required. Must pass fingerprint background clearance and tuberculosis clearance.
Location: Vallejo, California
Compensation: $27–$32/hr
