Key Responsibilities: Design and build learning experiences utilizing graphic design, video, and authoring tools while creating learning strategies, deployment plans, and evaluation methods. Capture, edit video content, and identify appropriate learning technologies to meet organizational needs.

Skills & Tools: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, dominKnow, video editing tools, and familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform or Tableau. Strong instructional design expertise with ability to develop comprehensive learning strategies and evaluate training effectiveness.

Qualifications: In-depth knowledge and experience in instructional design methodologies, learning strategy development, and training program evaluation. Experience with modern learning technologies and tools is required.
