Role Snapshot

Lead all marketing and commercial strategy for the Play with a Purpose brand, an industry-leading early childhood education product line under Gopher Sport. Drive revenue growth, sales initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to expand market presence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing and brand plans, lead sales growth initiatives to meet revenue targets, and coach the sales team on new business opportunities. Analyze market trends, manage marketing budgets, plan product strategies for the early childhood education market, and monitor performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.
Skills & Tools: Strong marketing management, brand planning, sales enablement, and product planning expertise; proven ability to drive ROI-focused strategies and manage both physical and assortment-based B2B products. Excellent cross-functional collaboration, customer relationship management, and financial acumen for budget and profitability management.
Qualifications: Demonstrated success growing a brand or product line in a B2B context with experience owning and executing marketing plans for physical products. Expertise in product planning and development with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer count.
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Compensation: $110K–$135K/yr
