School Psychologist role at Kaleidoscope Education Solutions in South Holland, IL, focused on supporting students' academic and emotional well-being through assessments, counseling, and collaborative support planning. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments of students' academic, cognitive, and behavioral needs; provide counseling and crisis intervention; collaborate with teachers and parents on student support plans and IEPs; and consult on behavior and learning strategies while supporting mental health programs.
Skills & Tools: Strong assessment and counseling skills, collaboration abilities with educational staff and parents, crisis intervention expertise, and knowledge of IEP processes and behavior management strategies.
Qualifications: Master's Degree in Psychology from an accredited institution and Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required. Position is available as a 1099 independent contractor role.
