Role Snapshot
Associate Project Manager supporting a Federal agency's high-volume curriculum development pipeline using Agile (LLAMA®) methodology. Ensures project schedules, documentation, and delivery operations run smoothly across concurrent development waves.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain ClickUp and Microsoft Project tracking systems, coordinate client review cycles and QA gates, track budget/schedule variance, and generate status reports. Support program management meetings, facilitate stakeholder communications, and manage version control and file organization.
Skills & Tools: Strong project coordination and tracking abilities, proficiency with ClickUp and Microsoft Project, knowledge of learning development lifecycles, and excellent written/verbal communication. Experience with Agile methodologies and Federal compliance requirements (Section 508) preferred.
Qualifications: Experience in project delivery and curriculum/learning development preferred. Familiarity with Agile management methodologies (particularly LLAMA®) and Federal projects is preferred; must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Location: United States
Compensation: $55–$65/hr
