Summary

The Planning and Reporting Analyst synthesizes large data sets to support business operations and provide strategic insights to leadership. The role focuses on identifying trends, developing operational reports, and recommending actions to improve performance and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct analyses to identify business trends, design and maintain analysis models and reporting datasets, and extract and compile data for analysis. Develop operational reports and metrics, provide consultative support to leaders in interpreting results, and collaborate with leadership to ensure business objectives are met.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in PowerBI and experience managing and querying large data sets. Must demonstrate effective communication, attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple demands, and a desire to develop SQL and PowerQuery knowledge.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required, preferably in Math/Statistics or related field, with strong knowledge and experience utilizing PowerBI. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of SQL, SSMS, and PowerQuery, experience with Salesforce, and 2 years' experience managing data and analysis in a production environment.

This Analyst position supports production units by synthesizing large quantities of data to understand workload, utilization, and capacity. Reports will be developed to provide business leaders with the insights needed to prioritize and manage work. Ongoing analysis will be conducted to measure outcomes and identify opportunities for operational improvements.

Education
