Compensation: $54500 - $81900 / Annually
This Analyst position supports production units by synthesizing large quantities of data to understand workload, utilization, and capacity. Reports will be developed to provide business leaders with the insights needed to prioritize and manage work. Ongoing analysis will be conducted to measure outcomes and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Essential Duties
- Conduct analyses toidentifybusiness trends and inform strategic decisions
- Design, build andmaintainanalysis models
- Identify, extract and compile data to be analyzed
- Analyze data toidentifytrends,prepareand present findings
- Design operational reports to provide visibility to individual and business performance
- Design, build andmaintainreporting data sets
- Develop metrics and measures that align with operational goals
- Provide consultative support to help leaders interpret results andtake actionas needed
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure businessobjectivesare met
- Communicate effectively with leaders to recommend action, interpret results, and create effective presentations
Job Skills

- Strong knowledge and experience utilizingPowerBI

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL, SSMS andPowerQuery
- Experience withSalesForceandSalesForcedata
- 2 years’ experience managing data and analysis in a production environment
- Experience with business process workflows
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionrequired, preferably in Math/Statistics or related field

- Must be able to travel 0-10% oftime.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
- Typical officesetting.
- Mobility within theofficeincluding movement from floor to floor.
- Travel via plane, car, and metro may berequiredto perform this job.
- Must be able to work more than40 hoursper week when business needs warrant
