Role Snapshot
Sr. Demand Generation Manager at Informed K12 will lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive pipeline growth for K12 SaaS solutions. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and is positioned as the third marketing team member in a fast-growing, mission-driven startup.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute high-volume integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid digital, search, and ABX channels while maximizing ROI for ~40 annual events and optimizing lead quality and conversion rates. Build campaign reporting dashboards, monitor pipeline health and revenue metrics, and collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, and BDR teams to improve funnel performance.
Skills & Tools: 6-8 years of demand generation experience with expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and ABX strategies. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, project management abilities, and comfort experimenting with new marketing tactics and AI-powered tools.
Qualifications: Proven track record building demand generation programs from the ground-up at early-stage startups (<$20m ARR) with demonstrated revenue accountability tied to MQLs, pipeline, and closed-won deals. Experience in EdTech and B2B SaaS environments with exposure to K-12 market dynamics and buyer personas.
