Role Snapshot

Sr. Logistics Analyst responsible for managing domestic inbound freight operations (~$7-8MM spend, 150+ shipments daily) across US, Canada, and cross-border while serving as Oracle Transportation Management superuser. Role includes vendor relations, compliance oversight, process improvements, and supporting global trade coordination.

Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of domestic inbound transportation including vendor setup, order release processing in OTM TMS, carrier tendering, shipment tracking, and billing exception approval. Lead special high-profile logistics moves, manage carrier performance/compliance, conduct logistics analysis, and drive cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.

Skills & Tools: Expert proficiency in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) system configuration and troubleshooting, advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel/Access/Tableau, strong vendor and carrier management abilities, and excellent communication and project leadership skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, including familiarity with Transportation Management Systems, data analysis tools, and NAFTA/cross-border shipping requirements.

Location: New York

Compensation: $75K–$80K/yr
