Role Snapshot
The Art of Education University seeks an Operations Project Manager to drive execution of company-wide strategic goals and operational initiatives while reporting to the CFO. This fully remote role bridges cross-functional collaboration, builds scalable processes, and provides direct operational support to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage strategic projects from planning through delivery, track progress against milestones, design and implement scalable operational processes, and facilitate cross-functional meetings. Provide executive operations support to the CFO including coordinating meetings, managing communication, and ensuring organizational alignment.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in collaboration tools like ClickUp and Asana. Experience building scalable systems for distributed teams and ability to adapt quickly while problem-solving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Qualifications: 3+ years of project management or operations experience in a SaaS or education tech environment, with demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership. Project management certifications are preferred.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $80K–$120K/yr
