Senior Program Implementation Coordinator will oversee course delivery and collaboration for CodePath's E3 for-credit program at partner institutions in Atlanta, Charlotte, and Miami, ensuring smooth operations and student success as the organization scales to serve 100,000 students annually.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as main point of contact for faculty, instructors, and students; maintain course tracking systems and monitor student progress; address ad-hoc support requests during classes and meetings; identify operational challenges and propose improvements through regular program evaluations.
Skills & Tools: Strong relationship-building and communication abilities; proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) customization and integration; data-driven program improvement mindset; exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field preferred; 3+ years implementing projects with strong attention to detail; 2+ years managing multiple engagement projects with goal-setting and deadline tracking.

Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000 per year

CodePath is at an inflection point as we launch our 5-year strategic plan to scale our organization in its next phase of exponential growth in order to increase our impact from 10,000 students to 100,000 students served annually. 

To accomplish this, we are hiring a Senior Program Implementation Coordinator to join our growing team and support Codepath’s for-credit courses at partner institutions in strategic regions, including Atlanta, Miami and Charlotte, as part of our Codepath E3 Program - a unique blend of technical coursework, collaborative learning, and career development support. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth course delivery and fostering collaboration between CodePath Adjunct Instructors, CodePath Tech Fellows, and partner institutions. You will work closely with the Implementation Manager to oversee course tracking, student progress, and instructional staff support. Your focus will be on ensuring that all aspects of the course run on schedule, meeting the highest standards for quality and student success, and creating a positive and effective learning environment for both students and instructors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact from CodePath for stakeholders involved in assigned courses: faculty, instructional staff, students
  • Review and address feedback and help requests from CodePath Adjunct Instructors and Tech Fellows
  • Be on call during classes and weekly instructional staff meetings, to address ad-hoc requests for support and feedback
  • Maintain course tracking systems for all assigned courses and continue to monitor, update, and make inquiries based on course status
  • Monitor student progress and outcomes: track and report student performance, alert for students off-track to successfully complete the course, and propose remedial action to support students
  • Identify and alert on CodePath E3 for-credit course challenges, including operational issues, resource constraints, or unforeseen obstacles to program success
  • Conduct regular program evaluations and solicit feedback from stakeholders to facilitate program retros and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Success Metrics

  • Drive measurable outcomes, including an average of 60 or higher student and faculty NPS scores, and 90% or higher course completion rate
  • Maintain a twenty-four hour turnaround time for addressing student and faculty queries and support requests
  • Develop a sustainable well supported Tech Fellow community, with 90% or higher returning instructors and Tech Fellows between program cycles

Qualifications

  • Strong commitment to CodePath's mission and values
  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years working within a team to skillfully carry out specific projects and implement initiatives, with exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrable positive business impact
  • 2+ years effectively managing multiple engagement projects simultaneously, setting goals, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines
  • Experienced relationship builder who deeply understands and connects with student and faculty needs, concerns, and motivations to foster strong relationships based on mutual respect, transparency, and open communication
  • Ability to understand and use data to drive program improvements
  • Experience with basic Learning Management System customization and integrations
  • Ability to navigate the LMS interface, create and manage courses, upload content, and manage user permissions
  • Strong ability to focus on high priority tasks and take ownership of tasks from conception through completion
