Role Snapshot

Success Manager role supporting K-12 schools implementing an AI-powered tutoring platform for K-3 literacy intervention. Focuses on customer relationship management, onboarding, and data-driven discussions about literacy outcomes in schools.

Key Responsibilities: Partner with K-12 education customers and district leadership to build strong relationships, onboard new customers, and engage in data-driven conversations about literacy intervention strategies. Manage customer success metrics including renewals and expansion goals.
Skills & Tools: 2+ years of customer success experience in Education SaaS with proven track record of 90%+ renewal rates and expansion goal achievement. Strong understanding of reading assessment, science of reading research, data-driven instruction, and software implementation in educational settings.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent relevant experience in education or startup environments. 2+ years of customer success experience in Education SaaS industry with experience implementing software solutions in K-12 contexts.
Location: New Mexico
Compensation: $110K–$130K/yr
