Role Snapshot

WestEd is seeking an IT Support Services Lead to coordinate and enhance IT support operations in San Francisco, ensuring exceptional service delivery across hardware, software, and user communications. This senior individual contributor role optimizes support processes and collaborates with IT leadership to improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support and serve as primary escalation point for complex issues while coordinating daily support operations including ticket triage, incident response, and resolution tracking. Maintain infrastructure functionality, support asset management and device lifecycle processes, and facilitate communication across teams for effective service delivery.
Skills & Tools: Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and Microsoft 365, excellent communication and customer-centric service abilities, and experience with IT service management or support operations. Knowledge of compliance frameworks and ITIL certification preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field with 2-5 years of IT support experience required. ITIL certification or knowledge of compliance frameworks is preferred.
Location: San Francisco, California
Compensation: $91K–$114K/yr
