Role Snapshot
Senior-level training leader responsible for building, certifying, and evaluating trainers of coaches across California within a Train-the-Trainer model. Ensures scalable, high-quality training delivery and consistent program implementation across regions through virtual and in-person instruction.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver training both virtually and in-person, certify FTEs as trainers of coaches, and observe trainings to provide structured coaching and feedback. Manage quality assurance systems, maintain certification records, and serve as feedback loop between field, training, and curriculum teams.
Skills & Tools: Experience in training facilitation and Train-the-Trainer models, strong virtual training delivery capabilities (VILT), expertise in coaching feedback and performance evaluation, and adult learning best practices.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in training facilitation required, with preference for candidates who have worked with Elevo or possess advanced facilitation skills.
Location: Central Valley, California
Compensation: $71K–$80K/yr
