Summary

The Academic Partnerships Solutions Manager coordinates pre-sales efforts at Carnegie Learning, serving as the operational hub for RFPs and complex partner inquiries. This role ensures partnership needs are captured, organized, and translated into high-quality, compliant pre-sales outputs while leveraging AI-enabled tools.

Skills & Tools: Exceptional communication skills, strong product fluency, project management expertise, and proven experience using AI-enabled tools in professional workflows. Demonstrated ability to organize complex inputs into clear, high-quality deliverables and maintain tracking systems and documentation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5–8+ years of experience in pre-sales operations, sales operations, project management, or similar complex cross-functional roles. Strong organizational skills and proven success managing ambiguous, high-volume inputs.
Location: Pennsylvania
Compensation: $90K–$110K/yr
