What you will do
This individual contributor role is part of the Business Intelligence Tools & Data team within the Revenue Operations department. The candidate will focus on Business Intelligence front end development and collaborate with business leadership to identify needs, provide insights, and implement solutions. A passion for crafting data-driven narratives using visualization tools, coupled with creative problem-solving, technical expertise, and meticulous documentation of requirements, is essential for developing deliverables that enhance business strategy and performance.
The Business Solutions Manager will be responsible for the following primary duties:
- Utilize Business Intelligence tools and techniques to generate reports that provide actionable insights, enhancing business decision-making.
- Break down complex, unfamiliar problems into well-defined, easy to understand, visually compelling deliverables.
- Engage with key stakeholders across the business to support projects as well as provide status updates.
- Gather and document essential information on requirements and system operations to aid in the development or modification of workflows.
- Document processes, create and maintain guides for standards and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify gaps and offer recommendations.
- Monitor and address issues reported for existing solutions or systems.
What you will need
- Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specializing in business reporting and Business Intelligence (BI).
- Proficient in using reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and SQL, with a solid understanding of data governance.
- Strong working knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts and a deep understanding of business processes.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Articulate communicator with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Enthusiastic team player with strong project management abilities.
- Strong customer focus, adept at identifying customer needs and translating them into actionable requirements.
Preferred but not necessary
- Familiarity with CRM reporting (Salesforce.com/Dynamics 365).
- Knowledge of database software (Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Oracle, MS SQL).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
Salary Range: 80k – 100k.
