Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Information Technology, with 3–5 years of relevant training operations or related experience.

Training Operations Specialist

Job Locations: Karachi, PK

Functional Department: Training Operations

Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 6 pm – 3 am PK Time

Pay: 130,000/-Rs to 150,000/-Rs

The Training Operations Specialist is responsible for end-to-end coordination and optimization of training delivery operations. This role ensures efficient instructor utilization, seamless class scheduling, strong vendor and instructor relationships, and a high-quality learner experience. The specialist works cross-functionally with Student Services, instructors, vendors, and internal teams to support both public and private training programs while tracking key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

  • Optimize and improve instructor utilization across training programs.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage public classes, private events, and custom training requests.
  • Align and assign qualified instructors for upcoming classes and event requests.
  • Manage private training events end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder coordination.
  • Oversee Vendor Management and Relationships, including third-party content providers, labs, and partners.
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard new instructors to support existing and upcoming courses.
  • Update, maintain, and launch new courses within the CRM and internal systems.
  • Work closely with Student Services to ensure positive and consistent learner experience.
  • Track and report key operational KPIs, including CSAT, instructor ratings, class profitability, utilization, and delivery performance.
  • Manage and track IT and training operations projects using Jira.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Perform other training and operations-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business or Information Technology preferred.

Minimum Knowledge and Experience

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support operational decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
