The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns, product marketing initiatives, and marketing operations. This individual will collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive product strategies, drive operational excellence, and deliver impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is results-driven, with a proven track record in growing revenue and increasing product adoption.
What You’ll Do:
- Marketing Campaign Management:
- Develop, execute and optimize multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns
- Manage PPC campaigns, including bid optimization, ad design and spend levels
- Design and execute concentrated email campaigns
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid media, etc.) to support business objectives and revenue growth.
- Oversee creative development, ensuring campaign messaging is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
- Work closely with the demand generation team to optimize campaigns and maximize lead generation efforts.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance data and market trends to ensure continued success.
- Product Marketing:
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for product launches, ensuring alignment with product and sales teams.
- Collaborate with product teams to gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to shape product messaging and positioning.
- Create compelling product collateral, including datasheets, case studies, presentations, and website content.
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that differentiate our products in the market.
- Serve as the liaison between product and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Product Operations:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success) to streamline product operations and align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Develop processes to enhance the efficiency of product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Manage product lifecycle and feature prioritization from a marketing perspective to drive product adoption.
- Marketing Operations:
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing automation workflows, ensuring campaigns are efficiently executed and optimized for performance.
- Maintain data integrity within CRM systems, marketing databases, and analytics platforms.
- Measure and report on marketing campaign performance, including ROI, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
- Content Management:
- Create written content including, but not limited to web content, social media posts, flyers, emails, marketing plans and promotions.
- Develop sales training materials that clearly demonstrate the value and impact of our products and services.
- Coordinate the design of all required graphic, visualizations and website landing pages with creative contractors or agencies.
- Develop high-impact marketing assets such as whitepapers, eBooks, blogs, and videos that support product positioning and drive demand.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achieving and exceeding marketing campaign KPIs, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Successful execution of product marketing strategies that result in measurable product adoption and engagement.
- Increased operational efficiency through the implementation of effective marketing operations processes.
- Elevated sales enablement and consistent collaboration between marketing, product, and sales teams.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing operations, product marketing, and campaign management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in allocating budget resources effectively.
- Prior experience in SaaS, technology, or related industry.
- Experience leading teams or mentoring junior marketing professionals.
- Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C environments, with a focus on driving measurable results.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and reporting. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and data analytics platforms (Snowflake, Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, etc.) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, email marketing, and social media.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, GSuite or related software.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain stationary for a long period of time, including working on a computer.

All HomeTown employees attend at least two client events per year. This may include traveling to local client sites and could include standing and walking for prolonged periods of time, and while outdoors in various weather conditions.
