Role Snapshot
Lead strategic security and compliance initiatives at Eightfold as Sr. Director, building high-performing teams while ensuring regulatory compliance for enterprise and government customers. Drive long-term security strategy aligned with business growth and global expansion objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute security/compliance strategies, build and scale GRC and incident response teams, define security policies and controls across cloud/SaaS infrastructure, and embed secure-by-design practices in the SDLC. Partner with engineering on DevSecOps, lead vendor risk management, oversee incident response and business continuity, ensure regulatory compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP), and support sales/customer trust processes.
Skills & Tools: Deep technical expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), identity and access management, encryption, zero-trust models, and enterprise security architecture. Strong governance, risk management, and compliance expertise with excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and ability to translate technical risk into business impact.
Qualifications: 12+ years in information security and risk compliance with at least 4 years leading teams at a tech company, plus prior experience with enterprise/government customer engagements and audit/certification programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP). CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or cloud security certifications strongly preferred; U.S. Person Status required.

Compensation: $180K–$250K/yr
