We are seeking skilled and dynamic Facilitators with a proven track record in delivering in-person and virtual workshops on leadership, change management, communication, and wellness. Role Overview
- Location: USA Remote with required travel for in-person workshops (Candidates must be based in the USA)
- Commitment: Contract basis, variable hours depending on client needs

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Change Management: Deliver expert-led sessions using provided materials, offering constructive feedback on existing content to enhance both virtual and in-person delivery formats.
- Communications: Facilitate engaging communication workshops, ensuring all content is impactful and resonates with diverse attendees.
- Wellness Workshop Development: Collaborate closely with ELB resources or craft new workshops based on client-defined learning objectives.
- Content Enhancement: Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of course materials, ensuring exceptional educational quality and relevance.
- Client Engagement: Support clients in outlining the learning journeys and objectives, tailoring workshops to fit their unique needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of facilitation experience, focused on leadership, change management, communication, and/or wellness topics.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively adapt training content for both virtual and in-person sessions.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with a knack for engaging and inspiring diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating with content creators, stakeholders and SMEs, by leveraging strong collaboration, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel nationwide for in-person workshops as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified in relevant leadership or facilitation methodologies.
- Experience in curriculum development, particularly transforming virtual content for live sessions.
- Previous work with large corporate clients and diverse cultural groups.
