The Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) team is looking for a dynamic Talent & Leadership Development Partner to build and drive critical talent development programs and priorities, with a particular focus on our people leader audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across the business to understand business priorities and challenges and gain an intimate understanding of the learner context.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and development opportunities, and analyze feedback from existing programs to implement improvements.
- Design, develop, and implement learning experiences that are innovative, engaging, and impactful, using instructional design best practices, and experimenting with emerging technology.
- Facilitate the delivery of learning experiences.
- Evaluate learning experience impact through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; continually refining and enhancing offerings.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize participation and learning application.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to peers, supporting their learning and growth.
Qualifications:
- Track record of designing and implementing successful learning and talent development experiences to improve individual and organizational performance.
- 6-9+ years of experience in learning and development or related role, with experience solving for a variety of audiences including leaders and managers.
- Extensive project management experience and demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience facilitating learning with a variety of audiences.
- Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to confidently make decisions about the right learning solutions and rally others around your vision and plan.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Experience working with external suppliers and vendors.
Cash compensation range: 119200-190700 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles.
