Docebo is seeking a Cloud Database Engineer to design and implement cloud database services that power their AI-powered learning platform, with a focus on automation, reliability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain managed database offerings, build Infrastructure-as-Code modules for secure provisioning, ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, monitor database performance and costs, and coach product teams on database best practices.
Skills & Tools: Strong experience with cloud-managed databases (AWS RDS/Aurora, GCP Cloud SQL, Azure SQL), deep SQL performance tuning and query optimization knowledge, familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools, database security and compliance expertise, and proficiency with observability tools like Datadog or Prometheus.
Qualifications: Extensive experience with cloud-managed database platforms and infrastructure-as-code implementation required; strong communication skills and fluent English (verbal and written) are essential for this role.
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Compensation: CA$90K–CA$130K/yr
