Job Description
Location(s)
We are hiring for this role to be based in the United States or Canada. This is a remote role unless you fall within the following parameters. If you live within approximately 50 miles of our San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT office, the position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
About The Role
We’re looking for an Instructional Designer, GTM Enablement to join our Revenue Enablement team and help bring our go-to-market strategy to life through high-impact learning experiences.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone early in their career who can move quickly and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling training. You’ll partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to build content that represents GC AI’s voice, tone, and brand and drives meaningful behavior change and concept adoption in the field.
If you’re someone who obsesses over clarity, storytelling, and making content “click” for sales teams, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
• Build High-Impact Training Content: Design and develop sales-facing training materials including decks, playbooks, job aids, and microlearning. Turn rough inputs (notes, SME calls, product docs) into polished collateral. Create content across formats: live training, async modules, videos, and enablement assets
• Own Content End-to-End: Take full ownership of presentation development from blank slate to final delivery. Ensure all materials align to company voice, tone, and visual brand standards. Simplify complex concepts into clear, structured, story-driven narratives
• Drive Sales Adoption (Not Just Content Creation): Design training with a focus on field application, not simply knowledge transfer. Build content that helps reps understand, retain, and apply new concepts in a way that resonates with our customer base. Partner with enablement and sales leaders to reinforce adoption through exercises, talk tracks, and practice
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Product, Marketing, Sales, and relevant SMEs to gather inputs and iterate quickly. Ask the right questions to extract signal from ambiguity. Incorporate feedback and continuously improve materials based on field input
• Operate with Speed & Ownership: Manage multiple projects at once and deliver under tight timelines. Balance quality with speed, knowing when to iterate vs. perfect. Maintain a high bar for clarity, accuracy, and usability
What You’ve Done
• 1–3 years experience in instructional design, enablement, content design, or similar
• Exceptional slide design and storytelling skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint, or similar)
• Strong writing and editing ability: clear, concise, and audience-aware
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, actionable content
• Mindset
• Builder mentality: you’re comfortable starting from zero
• High velocity: you move fast without sacrificing clarity
• Detail-oriented: you care about wording, flow, and visual polish
• Curious & coachable: you actively seek feedback and improve quickly
Nice to have
• Exposure to sales, SaaS, or go-to-market teams.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles or adult learning frameworks.
• Experience with tools such as Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, or e-learning platforms (e.g., Articulate).
• Experience creating sales enablement content such as talk tracks, playbooks, or onboarding materials.
• Portfolio of work demonstrating presentation design, training materials, or content development.
A Note On Pace
We’re building something new in a once-in-a-generation shift in technology and the legal industry, so we move at a relentless pace. We expect urgency, ownership, and good judgment even when things aren’t perfectly clear. If you need structure and consensus to do your best work, this isn’t the right place for you. If you thrive in ambiguity and growth, work with intensity, and want real responsibility, keep reading. We’re excited to meet you.
Compensation
GC AI's compensation package includes a competitive base salary benchmarked against real-time market data, as well as equity for all full-time roles. We also offer exceptional benefits, as well as commission plans for applicable roles. Our US-based compensation range for this role is $90,000 – $110,000. Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors.
These compensation bands are just the starting point. After someone joins and proves they’re and exceptional performer, we adjust quickly to ensure their compensation aligns with their impact.
