Role Snapshot
Guide high-performing Scrum teams in full-stack development while combining hands-on development with technical leadership. Ensure best practices, quality standards, and team collaboration are consistently upheld in a remote setting.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in React, PHP, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and Agile/Scrum methodologies with strong experience using Jira. Deep understanding of coding standards, security practices, architectural principles, and familiarity with Learning Resource Management Systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Emergency Management, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in web application development. Preferred qualifications include Scrum Master Certification and experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, and cloud-native environments such as AWS.
Location: Richfield, Ohio
Compensation: $120K–$160K/yr
