The Content Operations Associate I supports the development and deployment of K-12 test materials at Cambium Assessment, a leading educational technology company. This entry-level role combines quality control, system management, and vendor oversight to ensure high-quality assessment products.

Key Responsibilities: Create and QC test forms, conduct quality control reviews of test materials, monitor outside vendor work, and use process documents to complete operational tasks. The role involves learning CAI's systems and managing multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail.
Skills & Tools: Excellent computer knowledge with Excel proficiency, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and collaborative teamwork; bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 0-2 years of experience in project or operations management. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $38K–$52K/yr (estimated)

Job Overview: The Content Operations Associate will be responsible for tasks related to the development and deployment of K-12 test materials.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required and 0-2 years of experience in project or operations management Excellent computer knowledge, specifically in Excel preferred Analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to identify problems and conceptualize solutions Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines High level of organization and the ability to manage and prioritize several tasks/ projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communications skills, Bilingual Spanish preferred Ability to travel up to 10% (up to 3-4 times a year).
