Role Snapshot
The Lead Technical Support Specialist serves as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues at HMH, providing advanced troubleshooting and mentoring junior team members while ensuring seamless operation of the organization's technology stack.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver advanced technical support and deskside assistance, manage hardware installation and lifecycle, provide software expertise for Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365 environments, utilize endpoint management tools, and contribute to IT projects and vendor coordination.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management tools (Microsoft Intune, JAMF), strong problem-solving and customer service abilities, and capability to mentor junior team members.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years of experience in technical support or systems administration; industry certifications and ITSM platform familiarity preferred.

Compensation: $80Kβ$100K/yr
