Role Snapshot
Speech Language Pathologist working in K-12 school settings to assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders. Support student success and academic achievement through specialized communication intervention.
Key Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders; develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals; provide direct therapy for articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders; collaborate with teachers, parents, and school professionals; maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
Skills & Tools: Experience assessing and treating speech and language disorders; ability to develop IEP goals; strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams; clinical expertise in various communication disorders.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders; valid Arizona Department of Education Speech-Language Pathologist License; current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona
Compensation: $60Kβ$85K/yr
