A classroom installation team member responsible for setting up educational spaces by assembling furniture, unloading equipment, and preparing classrooms for use. This role is essential to delivering Lakeshore Learning Materials' installation services to schools and educational facilities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities: Unload trucks, assemble furniture, lift and carry heavy boxes, set up classrooms, and clean up debris during classroom installation projects. Work primarily during weekday daytime hours with occasional weekend availability as needed.

Skills & Tools: Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy items, attention to detail for assembly and setup, ability to work as part of a team, and reliability in meeting project timelines. Customer service orientation and willingness to take pride in delivering quality installations.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior installation, construction, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required. Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects regularly and comfortable working in various environments.

Location: In-Person - Minneapolis, MN

Compensation: $32K–$42K/yr (estimated)

Job Description

We are looking for hardworking folks to become a part of our classroom installation teams nationwide. Our local teams are trained to provide unbeatable service from the moment they arrive, taking care of every detail from start to finish! This position primarily requires availability during weekday daytime hours. Occasional weekend shifts may be required based on business needs. During classroom installations, you will:

Unload trucks
Assemble furniture
Lift and carry heavy boxes
Set up classrooms
Clean up debris
