About the Team:
Quizlet’s Marketing team plays a pivotal role in conveying Quizlet’s value proposition to students and teachers, with the ultimate goal of elevating brand awareness, fostering user engagement, and driving growth in sign-ups, subscriptions, and ads.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Specialist with a passion for social media and influencer partnerships. You will be responsible for building and managing influencer marketing strategies. In addition, you will foster relationships with social media agencies & influencers while driving creative, authentic content that resonates with our student and teacher audiences. This role requires a deep understanding of influencer trends, the social media landscape and the ability to analyze both influencer performance and content performance.
You will identify and recruit influencers for campaigns and negotiate deals. Furthermore, you’ll track and analyze campaign success, adjust strategies as needed, and report findings back to senior management. The ideal candidate understands that keeping up with the latest trends and best practices is crucial to ensuring effective and innovative campaigns.
This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office hub.

In this role, you will:- Partner with members of our growth team, develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy globally, with a focus on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, to drive user growth and engagement
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key influencers and content creators, aligning with Quizlet’s target demographics and strategic goals
- Guide influencer creative based on our strategic insights, brand know-how, and social best practices
- Manage the influencer marketing budget, with the authority to adjust spending based on campaign performance and ROI
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to improve CAC/ROI
- Collaborate closely with the Content team to ensure messaging consistency and leverage cross-departmental synergies
What you bring to the table:- A minimum of 3+ years in influencer marketing with a strong track record in international growth-focused campaigns
- An ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional project management skills, being able to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Experience managing relationships with international agencies & creators
- Comfortable delivering multiple campaigns within short deadlines
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing KPIs and experience in analyzing campaign performance
- Strong understanding of tracking and attribution of influencer campaigns
- Experience leveraging MMP’s (Appsflyer) to troubleshoot and fix tracking issues
- Experience in reporting campaign performance regularly to senior management , highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a starting base salary of $95,000 - $112,000, depending on location and experience, as well as company stock options
